Rob's music career began as a drummer with the formation of his first band Centryx at the age of 16, and he has since played with such groups as Ice Nine, Planet Groove, and Who's Your Daddy, to name a few.

He has been a teacher of drums and percussion since 1986, both privately and at the prestigious Ridley College. In 1998, Rob opened SONIC THEATRE RECORDING STUDIOS. Already armed with the knowledge and abilities of an accomplished musician, he was able to expand his skills in the production side of the music business as well as hone his skills to become a successful session drummer with credits on over 15 CDs including Lea Longo, Intervenom and Miles Above.

Rob's creativity does not stop there. He also maintains The Music Box, his custom flight case company. In keeping with his love of music and involvement in the industry, this allows him to design, build and finish flight cases and racks for every need and requirement ... music and otherwise.
