PFN'S PRIVACY POLICY

Pink Floyd Niagara (PFN) warrants and guarantees that any personally identifiable information submitted to or collected on this website will never be sold, rented or shared in any way with any third party. This includes but is not limited to names, email addresses, location information and phone numbers.

Information submitted may be used for PFN marketing purposes including sending of e-mails to provide details of forthcoming shows, news announcements or special offers. If individuals wish to discontinue receipt of e-mails they should follow the instructions for unsubscribing that can be found at the bottom of every e-mailed message. Removal from PFN's VIP list will be immediate and no further e-mails will be sent.

Like most standard web sites, we use log files to collect Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, and date/time stamp. We use the information to analyze site usage, administer the site, understand usage and navigation trends in aggregate, and determine the relevance of content. This information, however, is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Financial transactions through www.pinkfloydniagara.com including purchases of tickets or other items are conducted through a highly secure third party. Customers' financial information is not revealed to us or exposed to our servers in any way.
